Return and Exchange Policy
Our policy lasts 30 days. All items are final sale and are not eligible for a return or exchange. If an item is damaged, the purchaser must contact Mark Seamans Art within 30 days of receiving your goods for an exchange. To be eligible for an exchange, your item(s) must be in its original packaging and in the same condition that you received it. To complete your exchange, we require a photo of the product and a proof of purchase. All exchanges must be approved and submitted to support@markseamans.com
Refund Confirmation
Once your return email is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your damaged item(s). We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your exchange. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 2 business days. Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear on your credit card bill.
Return Shipping Fees Canada & International
No return shipping available for products. If an item is damaged or ships incorrectly, we will happily assist. All exchanges must be submitted to support@markseamans.com for approval.
Shipping on Exchanges in Canada
If your item does not meet the benchmark and you originally paid for shipping, we will provide you with a return label, but we will have to charge you for the shipping back to you as per the original order. Please contact support@markseamans.com
Defective or Damaged Goods
If your item(s) is defective or damaged upon arrival, you must contact us within 30 days of receiving your item(s) for an exchange. Please contact support@markseamans.com for instructions on how to proceed. All exchanges must be submitted for approval.
